One of the top amazing mud-brick buildings in the world, the Grand Mosque of Bobo-Dioulasso is one of Burkina Faso’s iconic landmarks. It is an excellent example of Sahel-styled mud architecture. Some people believe that it was constructed on 1880 and others say that it’s 1893. It is similar in style to Djinguereber Mosque in Timbuktu.;
